SEO Manager Full Time

MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a SEO Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Definition of SEO strategies;
• Shaping and execution of the company’s strategy to solve complex SEO problems;
• Definition of the main KPIs to measure SEO performance;
• Writing of product requirements, overall feature or system architecture and lead the delivery of the product;
• Audits and analysis of the company’s website, analytics and crawl data, identify issues, find opportunities, develop MVPs, and scale in order to improve SEO performance;
• Conduction of SEO experiments (A/B tests, statistical methods);
• Running of weekly and quarterly SEO performance reviews.

What we look for?

• +4 years of experience in product management, consulting, or SEO with
  willingness to move to product management and business;
• Confident working closely with technical (Engineering / BI / Data Science) and nontechnical teams;
• Excellent English communication skills – mandatory;
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as AHREFs, SEMRush, Botify, Looker Studio, etc.;
• Knowledge of SQL, python and SEO automation – preferable;
• Good at talking to people and solving problems together.
